Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Chosen Streetwear. We want you to love your purchase, so if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Worn, wash or used products cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to availability).

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. How to Start a Return

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
