1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • New Zealand: 2–5 business days

    • Australia: 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, and selected international countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.


5. Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


6. Changes to Your Order
